A story beginning in 2010 at the Swartland Revolution with Michael Roets purchasing a concrete egg on auction, has now evolved into the production of 3 independent labels all representing a particular philosophy and style of wine. Ryan Mostert joined as winemaker in 2013 and has created quite a following for this range of wine on an international and local platform. Joined by his wife Samatha they embrace a minimal intervention theme and employ various techniques in the cellar such as fermentation under flor yeast and skin contact on the white varieties.
